About the Show

For our third show in 2022, we turn to lyricist Howard Ashman and composer Alan Menken to bring you one of the most popular off-Broadway musicals in the world. For this deviously delicious sci-fi tale, we journey to Skid Row where we meet a geeky florist shop worker who recently acquired an exotic plant with an appetite for human flesh and blood! Written in the style of 1960s rock and roll, doo-wop, and early Motown, this dark comedy has been devouring the hearts of theatre-goers for over 40 years. This September, help us prevent an out-of-this-world plant seeking global domination, from eating its way through northern Indiana by attending Art 4's musical production of Little Shop of Horrors.
