ABOUT THE DIGITAL MARKETING INTERNSHIP
This Digital Marketing Intern will work closely with Art 4’s executive team to create and manage content for Art 4’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.). They will assist with curating and designing unique content specific to Art 4 productions. They will help maintain our social media calendar and coordinate corresponding marketing efforts across all communication channels. This is an excellent learning opportunity for a self-starter seeking to build their professional portfolio.

Assisting with the preparation and execution of campaigns
Create original content for Art 4, featuring current and upcoming programs and events
Monitor analytics to optimize post performance
Manage Art 4’s posting schedule for all social media accounts
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING 4
The Digital Marketing Intern is a highly motivated, creative individual, with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as they engage with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers, and costumers into advocates.
Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting
Development of brand awareness and online reputation
Content management (including website)
SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
Cultivation of leads and ticket sales
Reputation management
Currently enrolled in a college level program, pursuing a degree in communication, media, nonprofit management, or a related field (preferred)
A strong interest in working in a nonprofit setting
Experience working with social media accounts including: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Experience working with graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
Proficiency in G Suite
Excellent writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with individuals in and out of the organization
Willingness and ability to work cooperatively in a team setting, adapt to change, and take supervisory direction
Demonstrated leadership, organization, and strong attention to detail
Current driver’s license
Evening and weekend hours may be necessary as needed
SCHEDULE AND DURATION
Start date: September 9
End date: Based on availability
Hours per week: 8-10 hours
COMPENSATION
This internship is unpaid.
